Vinyl Fascination ist eine kleine Dokumentation von Telekom Electronic Beats TV, über die Leidenschaft Vinyl zu sammeln. Und auch wenn ich (noch) keine LPs sammele, kann ich das Ganze sehr gut nachvollziehen. Ich darf mir auf keinen Fall einen Plattenspieler besorgen, sonst habe ich garantiert den nächsten Sammler-Fetisch. American Juggalo // Dokumentation von Sean Dunne

Die American Juggalo Mini-Doku habe ich bereits vor ein paar Jahren gesehen, bin aber neulich wieder darauf aufmerksam geworden, da Filmmacher Sean Dunne inzwischen einen zweiten Teil abgedreht hat, der einen einzelnen ICP Hardcore-Fan im Rollstuhl porträtiert. Hier dennoch nochmal die Original-Doku von 2011 rund um Hardcore Insane Clown Posse Fans, die sich ein Mal im Jahr auf dem Gathering of the Juggalos Festival treffen. Das Ganze wirkt wahrscheinlich auf den ersten Blick wie eine Zusammenkunft von White Trash Hillbillies, die zu viel Crack geraucht haben. American Juggalo is a look at the often mocked and misunderstood subculture of Juggalos, hardcore Insane Clown Posse fans who meet once a year for four days at The Gathering of the Juggalos. We went to The Gathering of the Juggalos and let the Juggalos speak their minds. I hope you enjoy it. Und auch wenn das in Teilen sicher zutrifft, ist es dennoch erstaunlich, wie viele komplett unterschiedliche Menschen jährlich zusammenkommen, um dieses Festival als Teil der „Familie“ zu zelebrieren. Sean Dunne schafft mit seiner Doku einen ehrlichen, schonungslosen Blick auf das ICP Phänomen ohne erhobenen Zeigefinger, oder einer Stimme aus dem Off, indem er einfach die Fans zu Wort kommen lässt.
