Und auch wenn die Idee nicht ganz neu ist, ist es schön zu sehen wie viel Arbeit und Liebe für’s Detail in die VHS Cover-Designs gesteckt wird. Ein neues Projekt rund um Audio-Kassetten ist anscheinend wohl auch gerade in Arbeit. Man muss nicht unbedingt ein Zocker sein, um diese wunderbar gestalteten Vinyl LP-Artworks von diversen Videospiel-Soundtracks zu bewundern. Das Angebot an Game-Soundtracks im iam8bit Store steigt zur Zeit langsam aber stetig an – darunter befinden sich im Moment vor allem viele Klassiker und Indie-Games. Besonders angetan hat’s mir dabei das Vinyl-Design des Mobile Games „Monument Valley„. Das Spiel sollte spätestens seit der 3. Staffel von House of Cards wohl jeder schon einmal gesehen haben.
